What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in an asphalt crew role
  • Skilled in operating pavers, screeds, rollers, and skid steers
  • HR Licence (desirable)
  • White Card (mandatory)
  • Cert II or III in Civil Construction or Civil Engineering (advantageous)
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
