We are currently seeking a Senior Utility Locator – or an experienced Locator ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conducting utility locating using both electromagnetic and ground penetrating radar (GPR) methods

  • Reading and interpreting plans, DBYD responses, and project documentation

  • Preparing high-quality field sketches and digital reports

  • Collaborating with internal teams (surveying, scanning, and engineering) on integrated project delivery

  • Liaising with clients, site supervisors, and project managers

  • Working across a variety of construction, infrastructure, and civil projects in NSW

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in utility locating (Senior roles require 5+ years)

  • Current DBYD (Before You Dig Australia) Certified Locator accreditation

  • Experience with electromagnetic locating and GPR equipment

  • White Card (Construction Induction Card)

  • A valid Australian driver's licence (manual preferred)

  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • A proactive attitude and desire to grow within a supportive business
