Job Description

L&C Facility Management is seeking a talented Carpenter/Builder to join our team across Newcastle & Central Coast Region. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of residential properties. As a Carpenter/builder, you will be responsible for :

  • Framing, roofing, cladding and finishing carpentry
  • Coordinating with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring high-quality craftsmanship across all stages
  • Reading and interpreting plans and construction drawings
  • Working within a team on fast-paced projects in tight city environments , utilizing your diverse skill set to manage various projects efficiently and effectively.
What We're Looking For
  • Current carpenter or builder's licence (NSW)
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in residential construction
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work both independently and within a small team
  • White Card (construction induction)
  • Own tools and reliable transport
  • Working rights in Australia
