About the Role:

The Nursing and Midwifery Workforce Unit (NMWU) at Western Health's Williamstown campus is seeking highly motivated Allocation Officers for casual positions.

Our Allocation Officers work closely with the NMWU management team in ensuring that nursing and midwifery vacancies are filled across the organisation with the appropriately skilled staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently and effectively

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills

• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women's prison located in Ravenhall.
