Location: Northern Gold Coast

Part-time to full-time (flexible)

Are you an experienced medical receptionist who loves being part of a friendly, close-knit team?

We're a popular general practice on the Northern Gold Coast, and we're looking for a senior or experienced receptionist who understands the ins and outs of a busy medical front desk and enjoys working with genuinely good people.

About the Role

  • Flexible part-time or full-time hours available
  • Oversee and support all reception and patient administration functions
  • Work with Best Practice software in a well-organised and supportive environment
  • Provide leadership and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of reception
  • Be a valued member of a collaborative and caring team

About You

  • Experienced in General Practice reception and confident using Best Practice
  • Solid understanding of front desk operations, including appointments, billing, recalls, and patient communication
  • Professional, organised, and approachable
  • Well spoken and polite customer service skills
  • Enjoys working in a supportive, team-focused environment
  • Looking for a stable, long-term position where you can contribute and feel valued
