Adelaide, South Australia Australian Refugee Association Incorporated Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

The Australian Refugee Association (ARA) has been selected a specialist refugee provider of the Australian Government's new disability employment program, Inclusive Employment Australia. From 1 November 2025, ARA will begin helping people from a refugee background living with disability, injury, and/or a health condition, to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment. The IEA is an expansion of ARA's employment programs for people living with disability from a migrant or refugee background.

ARA is seeking Expressions of Interest from people with employment services experience to help setup and deliver the IEA across the following ESA and locations:

  • Northern Adelaide (Salisbury)
  • Southern Adelaide (Marion/Mitchell Park)
  • Western Adelaide (Port Adelaide/Kilburn)
  • Eastern Adelaide (CBD)

ARA is delivering the IEA program in partnership with Sonder and OARS Community Transitions.
