Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic events team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of events by delivering exceptional service to our guests. The Role

  • Assist in the meticulous setup of event spaces, ensuring every detail is perfect.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure all requirements are met to perfection.
  • Deliver personalized and unforgettable service to our guests, catering to their unique needs.
  • Serve a wide variety of exquisite food and beverages in line with our luxury standards.
  • Engage with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Uphold the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards in every area.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hotel protocols to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across departments to deliver a flawless event experience.
  • Tackle any guest concerns promptly, always keeping their satisfaction top of mind.
  • Inform the kitchen of any extra meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests.
  • Understand and adhere to proper alcohol service procedures.

Talent Profile

  • Previous experience in a comparable role is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and being proactive.
  • Effective communication with a personable character and authenticity.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Competency Card.
  • Food Handler's Certificate.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Being available to work on a rotating roster throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.
