Automotive Detailer / Paint Repair Technician

Are you passionate about cars and take pride in presentation? We're looking for an experienced Detailer / Paint Repair Technician to join our growing team at MidWest Auto Group.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Detailing new and used vehicles to showroom standard.
  • Performing minor paint touch-ups, polishing, buffing, and paint protection.
  • Preparing vehicles for delivery and customer handovers.
  • Supporting the sales teams with vehicle presentation.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest standard.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in automotive detailing or paint repair (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Current WA driver's licence (manual preferred).
  • A positive attitude and team-player mindset.
