About the Role

With continuing growth, we're expanding our Client Support Team in Brisbane and are on the lookout for a Product Support professional to be our local frontline hero. If you're hands-on, a quick learner, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for clients via our online ticketing system, phone, or internal referrals.
  • Perform remote diagnostics and support for 3Logix SaaS and In-Vehicle solutions.
  • Build, configure, commission, and test of our mobile PC and camera in-vehicle system solutions.
  • Configure and test our handheld mobile application to clients specification
  • Configure and test our GPS tracking products
  • Conduct user acceptance testing on new software feature updates.
  • Provide product support to our internal service and development teams.

What You Bring

  • Solid IT skills – both software and hardware.
  • Strong communication – written and verbal.
  • Process-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
  • Passion for solving problems and delivering great customer experiences.

Preferred Experience

  • Newly graduated from University or Technology Institute
  • 1+ years in a similar support role (or relevant technical experience).
