Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Brighton-le-Sands, Sydney, NSW for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, collaborating with departmental managers to understand hiring needs, and maintaining candidate databases. This role requires a proactive approach to attract and retain top talent within the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees
  • Strong skills in developing recruitment strategies and building talent pipelines
  • Ability to collaborate with departmental managers to determine hiring needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in maintaining candidate databases and utilizing recruitment software
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
