OQP is proud to have partnered with Australia's largest cold-chain supplier and are seeking a skilled Transport Driver Debriefer to join their core team. Strategically located cold storage facility based in Prestons will offer genuine career opportunities, job security, an excellent team environment and a supportive management team.

About the role

  • Prestons Location
  • Afternoon shift 2pm - 10pm (Friday's hours are 1:30pm to 8:30pm)
  • Hourly Rate - $42 to $44 per hour
  • De-briefing drivers once they have returned to the transport office following route drops.
  • Processing the documentation for the drivers.
  • Obtaining the POS's and carrying out high volume order entry.
  • Daily POD Administration.
  • Daily returns and capturing of Manifests.
  • Assisting the Pallet Controller.
  • Assisting in Pallet paperwork and data entry into CHEP/LOSCAM.
  • Ensuring that all consignments (inbound/outbound) are captured immediately upon receipt.
  • Assist with contacting clients to verify /correct information as/when required.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed as per debriefing task list.

About you

  • Experience in a similar role (industry experience is preferable).
  • Qualifications/Experience in Transport and Logistics or equivalent.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
