We are growing sustainably while focusing on our care team by minimizing administrative workload to maximize independence, clinical time, providing a mixed caseload, and offering clinical development support

We provide re-ablement within the community setting through Home Care Packages (HCP) and private therapy.

What you'll need:


•       An ability to connect with, and a desire to maximize the quality of life of your clients.


•       Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong decision-making skills and initiative.


•       Experience working in the sector is essential (no new grad applications).


•       Valid Physiotherapist certification and AHPRA registration.


•       Professional Indemnity insurance.


•       Valid national police check.


•       Flu and COVID vaccine.


•       Currently residing in Melbourne.


•       Driver's license and car essential


•       Candidates with a proficiency in another language such as Greek or mandarin are strongly encouraged to apply.

You will be:


•       Conducting in-depth assessments of clients' and participants' physical condition and creating personalized treatment plans.


•       Providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions and techniques to address their specific needs.


•       Working with HCP clients to empower them to achieve their health and mobility goals.


•       Traveling to their locations throughout Melbourne to independently deliver one-on-one and group physiotherapy sessions.


•       Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including treatment progress and outcomes.


•       Collaborating with the company's leadership team to refine and expand our service offerings.


•       Liaising with relevant stakeholders, such as family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.


•       Prescribing equipment to maximise independence and safety.
