To support our expanding operations, we are seeking an experienced Spare Parts interpreter to join our Service team.

What's it all about?

Conveniently based in our Sydney Branch at Northmead, near Parramatta, we are looking for a Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team of staff responsible for maintaining and repairing our customer's machine tools.

What will you be doing?

  • Assisting customers, sales staff, workshop/technicians with spare parts determination.
  • General administration and housekeeping of spare parts.
  • Liaise with local and overseas suppliers.
  • Respond to web sales enquiries for parts, service & warranty.
  • Assisting with incoming parts processing and warehouse stock audits.
  • Maintenance of sales & work orders.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Previous parts interpretation experience.
  • Good knowledge of equipment used in the metal working & wood working industry.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with exceptional customer service & communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to work in a team & multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Exceptional organisational experience.
  • Able to work under pressure and adhere to time frames.
