**The Role**
An exciting opportunity has become available as an Administration Coordinator (CDO). The purpose and responsibilities of the EQS Installations Coordinator is to provide support and assistance to the EQS Field Service Managers and Operations teams, ensuring the installation orders are completed on time for our internal and external customers.
**Key Deliverables**
- Coordinate and process all installations / removal requests within agreed time frames and business standards****:
- Coordinate and process all equipment movement requests within agreed time frames and business standards
- Coordinate spare parts request and ensure equipment and spare parts are available and sent to meet customer requirements
- Coordinate and process all site survey requests
- Support the EQS Field Service and Operations Planners
- Actively participate and contribute to the achievement to the Equipment Services objectives
- Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders on equipment availability, labour allocation, dispatch time frames and regional transport
**Desired Qualifications & skillsets**
- Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Comprehensive knowledge of EQS Operations, Installations processes and systems
- Intermediate excel skills
- Excellent time management and organisational capabilities
- Attention to detail
