This beautiful, purpose-built campus will offer 132 places across multiple age groups, designed to create a warm, engaging and inclusive environment for children, families and educators. Every room will feature its own dedicated outdoor learning area, creating the perfect space to explore, discover and grow.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead this exciting new chapter. You'll have the opportunity to shape your dream team and community from the ground up, setting your campus up for success from day one.

Centre Director Opportunity

You'll be joining us at an exciting time as we prepare to open the doors to our newest campus in early 2026. This is your chance to bring The OAC Way to life in a growing community and create a centre that families love and educators are proud to be part of.

At Only About Children, we've rolled out our Centre Director Training Program - supporting our leaders to become the "CEO of their Campus." You'll be empowered with the tools, mentorship and autonomy to make a real impact while leading across five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial Performance.

We'll support you every step of the way with mentorship, training, and career growth opportunities so you can take pride in your leadership and professional development.

You'll bring:

• A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT) qualification
• Proven leadership experience, ideally as a Campus or Assistant Director
• Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and relevant early childhood regulations
• Experience driving quality outcomes and leading a team through A&R
• A positive and resilient mindset, with strong people and communication skills
• The ability to build a strong, values-led culture from the ground up
• Experience opening or leading a new campus (highly regarded)
