We currently have an opportunity for an enthused & motivated Workshop Foreman to join our growing business at our Scone dealership. We are seeking a hard-working individual with determination who is looking for a long-term career.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post trade experience working, repairing, and servicing vehicles. You will have the ability as the workshop foreman to work unsupervised in the field and deliver first-class quality repairs, excellent customer service, as well as expert diagnosis on technical faults while developing great customer rapport.

• Have knowledge and skills with preparing and repairing vehicles
• Can resolve complex concerns
• Able to work to a deadline and achieve desired outcome

You will need to pride yourself on delivering first-class quality repairs, excellent customer service while developing great customer rapport.

Other essential skills and attributes include:

• Relevant Trade recognised qualifications
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team player
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail – "Fix it right first time"
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Manual Car License
