As our Selling Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Maddington MG's growth — starting hands-on as the sole sales operator, and transitioning into a full leadership role as the business builds.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the face of Maddington MG — selling directly to customers while providing an exceptional buying experience.
  • Take ownership of sales performance, customer engagement, and brand growth from the ground up.
  • Shape and lead the future sales team as volumes increase and the dealership grows.
  • Collaborate closely with Range Motors leadership to establish and execute winning sales strategies.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive loyalty and referrals.
