We are a family-owned food manufacturing business with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We're on the hunt for a driven, creative, and proactive Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant with a passion for digital marketing and design to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Marketing graduate or someone with foundational experience in marketing to deepen their skills, working hands-on with a brand-focused team to grow and engage our audience.

About the Role:

As a Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in executing our digital marketing strategy across various platforms.

From managing our social media channels to crafting engaging content and collaborating with influencers, your work will directly impact our brand's growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:

  • Oversee social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts to grow our following and enhance brand awareness.

  • Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality visuals, graphics, and multimedia content for social media, web, and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the team to design eye-catching digital assets that resonate with our target audience.

  • Influencer Management:

  • Identify and engage with influencers to build mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Manage influencer partnerships and campaigns, expanding brand reach across various sectors.

  • Digital Campaign Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns, including social ads and email marketing.

  • Provide creative input and help brainstorm new marketing strategies to drive brand growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Marketing Experience: Minimum of 12 months in a marketing role with a strong focus on digital channels such as social media, content marketing, and basic SEO principles.
  • Creative Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar) with a keen eye for detail and branding consistency.
  • Marketing Education: A relevant Marketing degree is preferred, but experience and a passion for marketing are equally valued.
  • Organized & Proactive: A self-starter who is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is a positive contributor to team goals, and is excited to help a growing brand succeed.
