• Diploma Qualified Room Leader - (Full Time)
• Part Time ECT - (Must have completed Qualification & Paid Employment Experience)
• Casual Employees - (Cert 3 and Diploma with a minimum of 1 year paid experience in a centre)

Requirements:

• CPR - HLTAID009 / First Aid - HLTAID012: Required/ willing to obtain.
• Completed a Certificate 3, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or has a completed ECT qualification with Experience and a NESA Certificate
• Child Protection Awareness
• Working With Children Check: Required
• National Police Check: Required, issued within the last two months / willing to obtain.
• Positive Culture: Ability to inspire, motivate, and maintain a positive environment within our Centre.
• Engagement: Create and maintain a warm, stimulating environment that fosters strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.
