We are excited to announce our upcoming Islamic ELC in Redwood Park and are looking for passionate, experienced educators to join our team. Our centre is committed to positively impacting the lives of children aged 3-5 years, their families, and the broader community while upholding and practising Islamic principles and values.

Positions Available:

1. Room Leaders(Qualified Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, approved by ACECQA). Leading our preschool rooms, the ideal candidate will create a nurturing environment that integrates Islamic teachings with early childhood education practices.

Key responsibilities include:

·      Lead the development and delivery of high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and our Islamic values.

·      Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children.

·      Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community, promoting open communication and collaboration.

·      Support and mentor Educators within the room, encouraging professional growth and teamwork.

·      Collaborate with the Centre Director to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

·      A qualified Diploma in Early Childhood Education, approved by ACECQA.

·      Proven experience in early childhood education, particularly with preschool-aged children.

·      Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning principles.

·      Commitment to incorporating Islamic teachings into daily practices.

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

1. Educators (Qualified Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, approved by ACECQA) support the room leaders in providing a positive and enriching learning experience of our children.

Key Responsibilities include:

·      Assist in the implementation of educational programs that align with the EYLF and reflect Islamic values.

·      Create a caring and welcoming atmosphere for all children.

·      Establish meaningful connections with children and their families, fostering a sense of belonging.

·      Participate in daily observations and documentation of children's progress and learning.

·      Help maintain a well-organised and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications:

·      A qualified Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, approved by ACECQA.

·      Experience working in childcare for more than one year, a full-time position is preferred.

·      Understanding of child development and the importance of culturally responsive practices.

·      Strong teamwork and communication skills.

·      Commitment to integrating Islamic principles into educational practices.
