Step Into Your Next Chapter:

Assist in the supervision of education activities, under the direction of a teacher.

Assist with supervision of students during breaks.

Support students with their academic learning - working with small groups as well as individual students.

Provide support for teachers in compiling and creating learning materials.

Contributing to the welfare, health and safety of students.

Displaying confidentiality, tact and reliability to other staff as well as students and their families.

Communicating effectively and displaying a high level of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team

member.

What You Bring:

A genuine passion for supporting students to become confident, capable and contributing citizens.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.

Patience, empathy and an adaptable approach to meeting the unique needs of each student.

Proven ability to work harmoniously within a team environment.

Demonstrate professional discretion.

Ability to be flexible, adaptive and dynamic.

Experience working as a Teacher Aide, preferably in a secondary school.
