What You Will Be Doing:

Service

• Lead the night shift team to deliver consistent, high-quality operational outcomes
• Ensure all freight handling and coordination activities meet service standards and deadlines
• Act as the go-to contact for resolving issues and maintaining smooth shift operations

• Foster a collaborative team culture built on respect, support, and shared goals
• Communicate clearly across departments to ensure seamless handovers and coordination
• Promote teamwork and inclusivity, encouraging input from all team members

• Motivate the team with energy and purpose to meet nightly targets

Qualifications:

• Previous Leadership experience desirable in the transport industry
• Strong communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
• Hold a current High Risk Work Licence - Forklift
• Commitment to complete Criminal History check upon success
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol Test
