Graphic Designer Wanted

Permanent Part Time position, 0.8 FTE (4 days per week)

If you are a creative and talented Graphic Designer with a passion for designing and branding, then we want you to join our dynamic (and fun) team. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who is currently studying or has recently completed their qualifications to gain valuable, ongoing industry experience.

Your Role

You will be responsible for ensuring our brand's visual identity is consistent, clear, and impactful across all platforms. You'll create and design various materials from packaging and marketing collateral, while developing guidelines that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand's values.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and producing various materials for print and digital media, such as logos, packaging, signage, and marketing materials.
• Ensuring all design elements accurately reflect The Yoghurt Shop's brand identity.
• Developing creative concepts and ideas that are modern, inspiring, and aligned with our company values.
• Presenting design concepts to relevant stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final designs.
• Managing multiple projects with varying deadlines and prioritising tasks accordingly.
• Maintaining an organised and efficient workflow, including file management and version control.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

What You Will Bring to the Role

• Exceptional creative abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring every design choice resonates with our brand's identity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven time management skills to juggle multiple design projects, deadlines, and priorities with ease and calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in industry-related design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), allowing you to produce high-quality design efficiently.
• A solid understanding of branding principles and marketing concepts, ensuring that every design aligns with The Yoghurt Shop's brand values.
• Currently studying or graduated in Graphic Design or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
