We are seeking a skilled
SAP Emarsys Consultant
to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation, personalization strategies, and omnichannel campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure SAP Emarsys to meet business and marketing requirements.
  • Design and execute personalized, automated campaigns across email, SMS, push, and social channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define customer journeys, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
  • Integrate Emarsys with SAP CX solutions (e.g., Commerce Cloud, Customer Data Cloud) and third-party platforms.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure successful adoption and performance.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience with SAP Emarsys and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations is a plus.
  • SAP Emarsys certification preferred.
