We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial and controlling processes, integration across SAP modules, and the ability to deliver end-to-end functional solutions within dynamic project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules.
  • Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Banking, Asset Accounting, REFX, Cash and Liquidity Management, and related interfaces.
  • Facilitate design workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure successful integration of FICO modules with other SAP components.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements and optimise financial processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FI/CO modules including General Ledger, Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
  • In-depth experience with Project System, Results Analysis, Overhead assessment, and month-end close activities.
  • Integration expertise across modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to have Skills:

  • Experience in Cash & Liquidity Management, Controlling, Real Estate Management, and CATS.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
