Job Title: Spray Technician – Pest Control (Midges & Mosquitoes)

The Role:

We're looking for a motivated Spray Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for treating properties to control midges and mosquitoes, operating spray equipment, and maintaining excellent customer service – all while enjoying full-time pay with part-time hours.

Why This Job is Different:

  • Flexible Schedule: On average, you'll work around 2–3 days per week, as wet weather affects our schedule most weeks, giving you more downtime and work/life balance. If it is raining on the day, or we can see a decent amount of wet weather on the forecast in the coming days, work will always be postponed. 5-day weeks are rare, so you'll have more time for family, hobbies, or just relaxing.
  • Full-Time Pay: Regardless of weather, you are paid full-time, so you get a stable income.
  • Less Stress: Focus on delivering high-quality work without the 40-hour grind every week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively.
  • Operate spray equipment and service vehicles responsibly.
  • Inspect sites and maintain records of treatments.
  • Communicate professionally with clients.
  • Maintain and clean equipment after use.
  • Follow all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in pest control, or spraying roles is a plus (training provided if not).
  • Pest Control Licence (or willingness to obtain – training provided).
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in hot summer conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety.
