Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Horsham, VIC. As a Site Manager for multi-residential projects, your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing the construction and development of residential real estate, managing budgets, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and People Management skills
  • Experience in managing Residential multi residential projects
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects
  • Ability to provide Training and development for on-site contractors
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Certificate IV in general construction, trade background
