We are a growing football academy passionate about developing young players and creating positive community impact through sport. Our mission is to not only build skills on the field but to inspire confidence, teamwork, and opportunity off it.
As the academy grows, we're looking for a reliable, proactive Personal Assistant to help manage the day-to-day tasks — so our lead coach and founder can focus on what matters most: coaching, mentoring, and expanding our programs through schools and community partnerships.
Role Overview
This is a flexible, part-time role (10–15 hours/week) suited to someone highly organised, self-motivated, and great with communication. You'll be supporting the academy behind the scenes, handling admin, calendar coordination, and social media posts, plus communicating with parents and partners. Planning future events / business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, training schedules, bookings
- Respond to emails and parent/player enquiries in a professional manner
- Organise team registrations, player forms, and session logistics
- Assist with basic financial admin (e.g. chasing invoices, filing receipts)
- Coordinate social media posts using templates/scheduling tools
- Maintain simple databases or spreadsheets (e.g. player info, attendance)
- Liaise with coaches, venues, and schools for event coordination
- Support light research or outreach projects as needed
- Help support growth of the business ie new locations / new sessions orgainsed
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years admin or PA experience (sport, education, or community sector ideal)
- Are a great communicator, confident writing emails and dealing with parents/schools
- Know how to prioritise tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Are tech-savvy — comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva, or scheduling tools
- Have a genuine interest in sport, youth programs, or community work
- Are flexible and adaptable in a small, growing team environment
- Bonus: Experience in social media content creation or marketing
Role Details
- Hours: 10–15 hours/week (flexible, with some availability during the day preferred)
- Location: Remote or hybrid, with occasional in-person meetings (if local)
- Rate: $30–$45/hour depending on experience (contract or casual)
- Start: ASAP or by [Insert Start Date]
