Reporting to the Manager, Fixed Plant Maintenance, in this dynamic and broad ranging influential role, you will be tasked to:

  • Guide a team of engineers and technical specialists
  • Build team capability and a high performance culture through coaching, providing continuous feedback and leveraging strengths to share best practice, build trust and increase performance
  • Influence decision-making and key outcomes within a complex business environment
  • Develop, optimise and govern asset/maintenance strategies to drive continuous improvement and replication of best practices across assets and equipment while optimising value for the long term
  • Proactive stakeholder engagement with execution and production teams
  • Foster field engagement activities to ensure alignment and engagement across multiple groups
