About the Position

  • We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience running large housing divisions that is willing to do whatever it takes, covering all of our housing projects from Mid NSW to Townsville and between. This position is suited for someone who is willing to travel and work in a faced paced environment. If this sounds like you and you'd like to learn more about it, please contact us immediately.

Requirements

  • Head of housing operations

  • You'll need to be a dynamic leader (any leadership training is an advantage), willing to work with and run a team of approx. 40 team members

  • Willing to work in a faced paced environment and fill any gap
  • Think in a solution conscious manner
  • Be target and numbers orientated
  • Have alignments such as integrity, quality, care and accountability.
  • Willing to recruit, train and help grow a dynamic team
  • Have a track record & previous success in the residential sector
  • Have a current electrical license, with vast experience in the residential division.
  • Be willing to travel anywhere.

White Light Electrical is bas ed in Warana and has been operating since 1993 in the electrical contracting industry. Our business has grown significantly through the last 10 years. Now in 2025 with lots of upcoming work over the next 5 years.
