The Role
As a part of the global Inclusion, Employee Relations and Policy Centre of Excellence, this role is responsible for the implementation and management of assigned initiatives and programs promoting IFM's global inclusive workplace strategy.
You will be working collaboratively with the Director, Inclusion, Diversity & Wellbeing, and the role will have you execute end-to-end projects, ensuring they align with the IFM's inclusive workplace strategy, our values, and strategic objectives.
You will partner with P&C, leadership teams, and employee resource groups to ensure a smooth integration of inclusive workplace practices, you will support the design and delivery of assigned I&D processes which align back to IFMs strategic goals.
This is a 12 month contract.
Your Background and Experience
You are a collaborator, you are creative, and you are a self-starter. You think outside the box to achieve thoughtful, meaningful outcomes.
You bring experience in HR (or similar) and demonstrated experience in understanding and translating business objectives.
You bring demonstrated experience in writing thought content pieces, you bring passion to all things D&I and you truly want to make a difference.
