The role:
Our Project Engineer will deliver a wide variety civil projects across Adelaide. Working closely with our team, you'll take on meaningful responsibility and enjoy fast career progression as we grow in South Australia.
Your impact:
You'll bring hands-on experience to a team that values efficiency and quality. Together, we'll deliver projects that run smoothly, finish on time and make a real difference to the communities we work in.
Your every day:
- Coordinating and administering construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
- Participating in monthly financial reviews and providing cost forecasts against budgets to understand cost to complete.
- Leading and supporting a strong safety culture.
- Managing the construction program and implementing mitigating measures to keep the program on track.
- Demonstrating financial awareness and industry understanding when contributing to project decisions.
Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is preferred
- Engineering experience on a broad range of civil projects such as road, earthworks, drainage, land division and infrastructure
- Sound understanding of the local construction industry and familiarity with contractors, councils and clients
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Current South Australian Drivers Licence
