About the Role - 12 month day rate contract

As a Change Manager within the Customer Transformation Program, you will play a critical role in planning and delivering change management activities that enable successful adoption of new ways of working. You'll lead initiatives end-to-end, ensuring change strategies are aligned with program objectives, timelines, and business priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced change practitioner to work in a fast-paced, complex transformation environment. You'll design and execute tailored change plans, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with senior change leaders and cross-functional teams to embed sustainable change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change plans aligned with initiative objectives.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication planning to ensure clear, consistent messaging.

  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities to identify barriers and enable smooth transitions.

  • Support training needs analysis and delivery planning to build capability and confidence among impacted teams.

  • Collaborate with Senior Change Managers and internal resources to share knowledge and apply best practice approaches.

  • Build strong relationships across the Customer business to support sustained adoption and continuous improvement.

About You:

You are a seasoned change professional with a proven ability to lead and deliver change in dynamic environments. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive on building relationships that drive successful outcomes.

What you'll bring:

  • More than 5 years' experience leading change management for business or system initiatives.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

  • Solid knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.

  • Experience working in matrixed or cross-functional environments.

  • Formal change management training or accreditation (e.g., Prosci) is desirable.

  • A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
