About Vincentcare Victoria

VincentCare Victoria is an award-winning organisation established to provide a range of accommodation and support services to people that are facing disadvantage throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Our aspiration is to be the leader in providing care, hope and advocacy for those facing disadvantage. Our purpose is to create opportunities and lasting change for the most marginalised. You will work collaboratively with partner agencies to provide holistic, goal-focused case management through an outreach model, supporting young people to access safe housing, education, employment, and specialist services addressing issues such as mental health, substance use, family violence, and justice involvement.

As a Senior Case Manager, you will also lead complex casework, coordinate service responses, and provide operational leadership within the Youth Justice and Support Services Team, applying specialist knowledge and professional judgement to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
