The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre currently has an exciting full-time opening for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Underwood team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Manager/Salesperson to be part of Australia's Premier Cricket Retailer. Managing our Underwood store, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, driving the store to achieve business goals and targets.

About the role:

  • Coach, lead and set the example for a small team
  • Foster relationships with local community sporting associations
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain instore visual merchandising.
  • Stock control including assisting with stocktakes and internals transfers.
  • Assist our website team with fulfilling online orders.
  • Administrative duties such as rostering, sales reporting and banking

About you:

  • Have a genuine interest in cricket or sport in general.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Previous management experience will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with Microsoft products
