Your new opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Configuration Analyst for a maximum term opportunity until the 15th May 2026.

This exciting opportunity will see you modify & configure CAD application and associated interfaces as well as participate in troubleshooting and rectification of CAD application and associated interface issues where they relate to configuration. In addition, you will:

  • Develop and maintain workflows as directed;
  • Maintain documentation of changes to the CAD application and associated interfaces;
  • Maintain an effective and efficient change request process for Data and Configuration within CAD Application;
  • Coordinate/ engage in, mapping changes & updates to the CAD application;
  • Provide input to projects and initiatives as required;
  • identify opportunities and implement process and technology improvements within the Applications Solutions team;
  • Provide effort estimates and other relevant information to stakeholders on request to agreed service levels;
  • Under direction, perform any appropriate testing to ensure timely and quality outcomes in accordance with relevant standards;
  • Maintain appropriate historical records and reporting of effort associated with change requests.

Preferred skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering or similar (Mandatory);
  • Familiarity with SQL for simple data querying and basic database management tasks;
  • Demonstrable understanding of application development standards & methodology including the software delivery life cycle;
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with people of all levels;
  • The ability to solve complex problems effectively and escalate issues appropriately;
  • Manage time and resources effectively in a climate of competing priorities;
  • Work effectively within a team.
