Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, we are now looking for a Warehouse Supervisor,to become a key member of our team in this fast paced environment, based in Launceston.

Coordinate and oversee the Warehouse Dispatch Team and Delivery Service Representatives in view of maintaining optimal customer service, accurate picking, timely dispatch and delivery of orders.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a close knit team, where your contributions will make a real impact on the smooth running of our operations in accordance with the Company delivery policy, assisting with the management and handling of stock as directed with a view to achieving optimal efficiency and customer service satisfaction.

Skills and Attributes Required

  • Previous warehousing experience leading a team of 5+
  • Repetitive heavy lifting is an inherent requirement of this role, requiring the driver to load, move and unload between tyres per day
  • Ability to organise self and others, manage deadlines, work in a team and take suggestions from others
  • The ability to understand and align with the company's mission, vision and value statements

Must Have's

  • Previous operational and supervisory experience 3+ years
  • Drivers licence
  • LF AND LO Licence
