DC Team Leader SRG DC: AU Erskine Park (New South Wales)

We're looking for a passionate and safety-focused Team Leader to help drive operational excellence and team success within our Distribution Centre.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Championing a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members operate in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Supporting adherence to standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
  • Fostering clear and open communication across your team and with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with peers and leaders to drive team performance and shared goals.
  • Coaching and developing team members to build capability and support career growth.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day coordination of team activities to ensure smooth operations.

What will make you successful

  • Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre environment.
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
  • A strong safety mindset and commitment to process excellence.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate Excel and computer literacy skills.
