**What you'll be responsible for**
- Championing a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members operate in a safe and compliant manner.
- Supporting adherence to standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
- Fostering clear and open communication across your team and with key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with peers and leaders to drive team performance and shared goals.
- Coaching and developing team members to build capability and support career growth.
- Overseeing the day-to-day coordination of team activities to ensure smooth operations.

**What will make you successful**
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre environment.
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
- A strong safety mindset and commitment to process excellence.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate Excel and computer literacy skills.
