Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about delivering high-quality, client-focused care? Ballarat Psychology Clinic and ANSA Health – based in Victoria, Australia are looking for dynamic Occupational Therapists to join our rapidly expanding multi-disciplinary team.

What We Offer

• Innovative, Interdisciplinary Care: Work alongside an enthusiastic team of Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver comprehensive, holistic care. Collaborating with colleagues from diverse specialties ensures you're always learning and growing in your field.
• Diverse Caseload: Engage with a broad range of clients, including those with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, motor coordination difficulties, and neurodivergent individuals. You'll support clients in fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, emotional regulation, school readiness, executive functioning, self-care, and sensory profile development. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to facilitate group therapy sessions, helping clients improve social skills and emotional regulation.
• Personalised Mentorship and Career Growth: We are dedicated to your professional development and offer tailored supervision and mentoring based on your individual learning style and career goals. Whether you're just starting your career or looking to take the next step, you will be supported with regular team development days and access to a variety of professional development opportunities – both internally and externally – with an annual PD allowance.
• Flexible Work Settings: We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexibility in where you work. You can choose to practice in our clinics, online/telehealth, off-site settings, or in schools (both Independent and State Schools) – or mix and match depending on your preferences. No more feeling stuck in one setting or spending hours on the road with limited support
• Extensive Resources and Support: We provide you with access to a wide range of assessment tools, online resource libraries, and innovative therapy resources, giving you the confidence to deliver the best possible care and achieve the goals of your clients. You'll also benefit from a highly skilled admin team to support you daily, so you can focus on what you do best.
