About the role

Paulie's Corner Cafe' is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of house staff to join our vibrant team in Wangaratta, VIC. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule. As a Front of house staff member, you will be the face of our cafe, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking customer orders and providing menu recommendations
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area
  • Assisting with general cafe operations as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting (not essential as training will be provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers of all ages and backgrounds
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
  • Must have Australian work rights
  • Must be at least 15 years of age
