The X-Ray Group, part of the IDX Group, is a well-established leader in diagnostic imaging services in the Albury/Wodonga region. With access to advanced technology including fully licensed MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasound, and X-ray, we deliver high-quality care across five regional locations: Albury, Wodonga, Lavington, Wangaratta, and Yarrawonga.

We're seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at our Wangaratta site. As the face of our organisation, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting our medical staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations

• Handle phone enquiries with empathy and efficiency

• Schedule appointments and maximise bookings

• Provide patients with prep instructions, cost estimates and card requirements

• Process referrals and liaise with a multidisciplinary team, including Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers, and Admin Staff

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in medical reception or administration

• Compassionate, friendly, and professional in patient interactions

• Skilled in medical imaging terminology (or eager to learn)

• Organised with strong time management and data entry skills

• Confident with EFTPOS and cash handling

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Committed to professional growth

• Flexible to work across different sites (ideal, but not essential)
