Your opportunity

The Flick team in Sunshine Coast have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheduler to join the team. Coordinating a team of technicians in the Fraser Coast and Bundaberg area – you will be responsible for delivering operational KPI's by providing efficient workloads and driving performance standards across the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Pest technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling of all works
  • Driving high performance and standards from your technician team
  • Managing team dynamics to provide a cohesive, results driven culture
  • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Provide support to the branch manager, office and field team.
  • Actively drive engagement of staff.
  • Be a key member of the service team whilst supporting supervisors and technicians

Position requirements

  • Previous scheduling experience a must.
  • Proven experience in helping build a team and business.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • An ability to effectively manage changes in competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills as well as be able to prioritise tasks in a way that bolsters operational efficiency.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple demands at once (emails/texts/phone calls/meetings/tasks).
  • Computer literacy and sound knowledge of MS Office package.
