SHINY WA is a Western Australia–based apparel production and decorator providing in-house embroidery and printing. Due to business expansion, our WA office is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administration and support operational efficiency.

Position Overview

This role plays a critical function within the WA operations team and will be responsible for daily office operations, administrative system management, supplier coordination, reporting support, and cross-department communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative systems.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and internal compliance.
  • Coordinate human resources processes including scheduling, training and performance reviews.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and procurement planning.
  • Support finance team with basic accounts, purchasing, invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety compliance and conduct regular inspections.
  • Facilitate cross-department communication between production, sales, marketing and warehouse teams.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and maintain minutes and communication records.
  • Assist management with operation reports, workflow monitoring and issue resolution.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in office management or administrative leadership.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
  • Experience with documentation control, compliance and internal office systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software.
  • Bilingual skills (Mandarin + English) preferred
