Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in Treasury product concept development, feature design, and review.
  • Coordinate with IT, Operations, and Treasury teams for implementation and testing.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
  • Support Head in preparing Treasury-related business requirement documents (BRD).
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and product features to enhance competitiveness.
  • Analyze Treasury product performance against business objectives.
  • Provide inputs for annual product planning and strategy discussions.
  • Collect and analyze data on product usage, volume, and revenue.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
  • Identify underperforming products and propose improvement plans.
  • Maintain Treasury product performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow-ups for Treasury projects.
  • Support communication flow and issue tracking between product and technical teams.
  • Ensure action items are delivered on time by relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain governance and compliance documentation for Treasury products.
  • Ensure product documentation meets internal and regulatory audit standards.
  • Track product approval, change management, and version control records.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Treasury product management, financial services, or banking.
  • Proven experience coordinating with Treasury, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Strong understanding of product financial metrics and reporting.
  • Knowledge in Treasury products, liquidity management, and financial instruments.
  • Product lifecycle management and performance tracking.
  • Market research and financial product competitiveness.
  • Governance, compliance, and documentation standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptable to dynamic project and market environments.
  • Professional appearance suitable for internal and partner meetings.
