Angus Marrickville is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.

We are a cafe/bakery in Marrickville serving cafe meals and sandwiches as well as a selection of house baked bread and pastry.

This role offers you:

-38 hour/4 day work week

-morning shifts only

-Fixed roster

-a strong team around you and opportunities to contribute creatively.

-Location conveniently located short walk from Sydenham train and metro station.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

  • Knowledge of cafe menu preparation and presentation.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to balance service and prep work as required.

  • Strong team spirit and dedication to quality.
