Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the kitchen team in creating and executing unforgettable menus.
• Supporting the Head Chef in day to day operations.
• Preparing high volumes of food, to an extremely high standard.
• Assisting in monitoring Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
• Preparing dishes in a fast paced environment.
