About the Role:

As a Shooting Instructor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Instructing and supervising guests on the safe use of real firearms
  • Delivering clear safety briefings and handling demonstrations
  • Creating a fun, welcoming, and professional environment
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and legal requirements
  • Maintaining firearms and range equipment to high standards

Requirements:

  • Current Victorian Firearms Licence (Category A/B )
  • Demonstrated experience with firearms handling and safety
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Calm, confident, and able to handle high-pressure environments
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid certification (preferred but not essential)
