About the Role:
As a Shooting Instructor, you'll be responsible for:
- Instructing and supervising guests on the safe use of real firearms
- Delivering clear safety briefings and handling demonstrations
- Creating a fun, welcoming, and professional environment
- Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and legal requirements
- Maintaining firearms and range equipment to high standards
Requirements:
- Current Victorian Firearms Licence (Category A/B )
- Demonstrated experience with firearms handling and safety
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Calm, confident, and able to handle high-pressure environments
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid certification (preferred but not essential)
