We are seeking reliable and motivated fabricators for both Day and Afternoon Shifts. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, working on varied jobs where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow daily production schedules
• Check job sheets and prepare tools/materials accordingly
• Measure, cut, and mark materials to specification
• Use hand tools and machinery (folders, riveters, snips, etc.)
• Assemble and test finished products
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Notify production manager of any defects, damage, or discrepancies
• Assist with machine setup and operation as required

• Minimum 6–12 months experience in Sheetmetal fabrication
• Ability to read and follow job sheets/drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Good hand/eye coordination and physical capability
• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
• Good communication and work ethic
