About the role
The EUC Engineer supports the delivery of Secure, Stable, Scalable, and Modern IT services across the business. This role focuses on M365, Intune, AD/GPO, application packaging, Windows update management, and EUC project delivery to enhance end-user experience and system reliability.

Role Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage Windows devices via Intune/MEM (compliance, configuration, Autopilot, security baselines, app deployment).
  • Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
  • Manage multi-site Active Directory and Entra environments.
  • Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects for security and user configuration.
  • Package and deploy applications at enterprise scale using Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE or BigFix.
  • Manage the application lifecycle—testing, versioning, and documentation.
  • Manage update rings, feature updates, and security patching through Intune or BigFix.
  • Ensure high compliance and minimal business interruption.
  • Support VDI environments including image maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation for EUC systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Provide mentoring and technical guidance to EUC Administrators and Technicians.

About You

  • Tertiary IT qualification or relevant industry certifications, with 5+ years working in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, and modern workplace tools, including Windows 10/11 deployment and device management across laptops, mobiles, and tablets.
  • Skilled in Active Directory, Entra, Group Policy, M365 administration, and application deployment/packaging, with at least 2 years experience packaging enterprise apps.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience managing software lifecycle, patching, MDM/MAM, and applying ITIL-based service delivery practices.
  • Bonus points for experience with BigFix, Workspace ONE, Jamf, MacOS management, VDI/Azure Virtual Desktop, or ITIL certification.
